太白粉 Potato starch—1大匙

日式高湯 Dashi—600cc
清酒 Sake—2大匙
味淋 Mirin—1大匙
鹽巴 Salt—1/2小匙
醬油 Soy sauce—1/2小匙
高麗菜 Cabbage-1/4個
金針菇 Enoki mushrooms—1包
鴻禧菇 Shimeji mushrooms-1包
